There is plenty of brilliant musicians and artist. You have always had to search for them because mainstream always promotes the people they own. Sites like https://www.deviantart.com/ have incredibly talented young artist. Rock radio stations have hundreds of new groups trying to build a following , and you will never see them on TV.

I hope people will walk away from this mainstream crap.

Of course the genuinely talented are bypassed or overlooked due to the bullshit that the Industry pushes for their own benefit. Everyone is basically saying that the top 40 is Shit, Shit, Shit, and that's in pretty much every art form across the globe and spectrum.

I just got off the phone with a friend who is promoting his album, We were talking about how there is a music underground. There are clubs, internet radio and magazines that connect to the real bands and that is the way it has always been. I realized I like it that way. I'm not trying to be popular, on the contrary, I am looking for the quality. Popular media won't publish you if you are not out there pushing the agenda.

Because it's jews behind it.

The more you sell, the more watered down the art gets.

Nobody is taking a risk when they make another taylor swift album or marvel movie. There is to much money involved to try anything interesting.

You get the good shit at college town bars and indie movies.

There is a paper in Atlanta called Creative Loaf. That is the place to start there. LOL+ I had forgot about that. I guess they still have it. I don't live there now.

because its not promoted in the mainstream and generally people have a idolised idea of history, we romanticise the past and look back on to the best aspects of the time rather than thinking about all the problems that came with it

think about music, most young people go though a phase of liking older music because rather than trawling though all of the shit that is produced they can just look though the best stuff produced over a decade

its basically the social media effect of seeing the world as a highly curated series of events rather than the life they actually live, in 100 years time all of the shit will be forgotten and the best aspects of this decade will be highlighted, also the jews

Yeah, it's different now. I will listen to new stuff for a while, then go back and listen to some obscure group from way back, and get into that for a while. Stuff like Captain Beyond, Tom Waits, early Genesis, Small Faces, King Crimson, Talking Heads...stuff I kinda liked then but never really gave a chance back then. It's all good.
