I just wanted to mention some (of the very few) American shoe manufacturers import shoe components and assemble in US factories. A shoe's components could be up to 100% imported but assembled here, called "American Made" to circumvent taxes or as a marketing ploy. IIRC, New Balance imports very few parts of their sneakers and adds more American made product plus labor to complete them. They are considered one of the "most" American Made. Disclaimer: When I wear sneakers, I only wear New Balance.

Lobbyists probably wrote the law that does not require specific country of origin labeling and handed it to their elected UniParty comrades, so instead we get this kind of ambiguous label bullshit.

If that's the shoe base (light motion is just term used for the degree of sole bounce/stiffness) you're looking for, they were on sale at adidas web site for 12 bucks. I was extremely surprised at the deals they had. Was able to get 4 pairs of men's shoes, 3 pairs of women's, 18 pairs of socks, and a hoodie for 112 bucks last week.
