I've seen a few homeless men in Tokyo.
They lived in tidy little huts in out of the way corners of certain parks. Their shoes were placed neatly outside the doorway.

I remember seeing the homeless camps. Not sure where the actual homeless were, but they left all their (neatly placed and organized) stuff unguarded. Imagine living in such a trustworthy society where even the hobos don't have to worry about other hobos stealing their things.
