When I think of modern construction, it pisses me off immensely: In the 1930's, they built the Empire State Building in like 18 months. Now, it takes like 2 years to complete a 4 story condo.

5 people died building the empire state building, now workers rarely even get minor injuries. It's actually a good thing that protects working white men from evil Jews

There has got to be a middle ground. Construction workers today move like niggers with molasses blood. The technology and tools have improved like 5 times over from that era and these fucksticks take like 3-4 weeks just to gut a 5x7 bathroom.

My opinion is the biggest difference is unions actually. Union workers are essentially useless. But I've seen experienced non-union professionals go, and they fucking fly. Easily drywall a whole house in one day.

Those that take advantage of the technology can benefit tremendously. I've seen the side of government influence slowing shit down, and yeah it's annoying but the trade off is also that things get done right. Rather than 80% of things get done right but 20% don't, it's 95% get done right and 5% get done way way above spec. And that takes more time and resources but it pays off.

And again the problem with that often isn't the government, it's protection from liability. Jew lawyers happy to ruin your business for a penny.
