The obsessive pushing of homosexuality on children I believe comes from their research into what they call the authoritarian personality type. They believe this is the type of personality that Hitler had. In their calculations, if Hitler had been raped as a child he would not have grown up to have this personality type, so in pursuit of warping the personalities of as many children as possible, they push agendas that maximize the number of children that are raped. In this way they believe they are reducing the number of potential future Hitlers.
