Not really, it's part of transportation infrastructure, which the DOT monitors. The sad part is people fuck off around trains so much there's data to keep. A train is one of the easiest hazards to avoid, just stay off tracks and equipment - it's not like the stuff can chase you down.

That’s fair. I remember a couple massive derailments in CA. This one was crazy.
