I was essential, too. And I was very grateful. But the fact doesn't escape me that people who did infinitely less than me got paid significantly more that me.

Sometimes I see bums outside, on a beautiful day, just drinking a beer with no fucks given and I feel like maybe they're on to something. I understand the down sides, too, which keeps it just a distant thought since I have children. I just work for absolutely nothing and wonder why. I don't work for my community, because I don't have one. I just have a current level of conveniences from an endangered society. I don't do it for the money because I could get more money elsewhere. It's discouraging.

Essential worker here as well. The lack of shits given over the stolen election is a clear indicator we are fucked. The overwhelming numbers of online bitchers also is no help. The auto response from the black pilled has been "Stop trying to be so disparaging," instead of providing solutions and having a follow through after. We will always come together to wait for someone else to get something organized (lawfully). So here we sit all broken hearted giving zero shits, and only farting.

In South America, when leaders so utterly failed at leading the tribe the tribe would sacrifice them to the sun god. I think there's some great wisdom in the South American tribes.
