The song “Edwelweiss”started hitting me the wrong way as I began to think about it. After I did some digging, I figured I would share my findings.

The song is often mistaken for a traditional Austrian folk song. In truth, it was written by (((Oscar Hammerstein))) in 1959 for the musical The Sound of Music - itself jewish propaganda.

The reality is that there was an underground communist movement during the Third Reich called the “Edwelweiss Pirates,” a band of agitators intent on disruption. They worked through seduction of the youth into their cause using offers of co-ed mingling and “sexual experimentation” among German youth, a contrast to the wholesome and sex-segregated events of the sanctioned Hitler Youth and League of German Girls.

Additionally, the lyrics of the song depicting unspoiled white flowers was likely a mockery of Hitler’s vision of the children of Germany growing up without the filth of Weimar.

In truth, the musical as a whole is really a disgusting jewish propaganda piece wherein a group of young white children are encouraged to hate their homeland. Its director made other commie propaganda films like The Day the Earth Stood Still and Run Silent, Run Deep.

A song written for a musical made by jews to paint the last successful white nationalist movement as scary villains, priming the pump for the holohoax to follow.

To my point before about the Edelweiss Pirates and their seduction of the youth, the song performed between the young man and the eldest daughter “Sixteen Going on Seventeen” is full of the allure of premarital coed mixing and sexual exploit, “a page for men to write on.” The dance is often an artistic representation of sex. Even using the jazz/blues/rock and roll “Baby” to describe her is part of it. In essence, Rolf is trying to guide her to productive marriage and away from the temptations in the wild. In the end, though, she chooses “Edelweiss” over life with Rolf and the Reich’s traditional values. Rolf himself is almost seduced by it, torn between his love of Liesl and his love of country. Eventually, he’s overcome, disarmed (his “weapon” removed, a symbol of sexual defeat), and all he can do is call for help from his fellow soldiers.

That said, I am all for appropriating it for white people, even making it an anthem, but it’s important to remember who wrote it and for what purpose.

btw Rodgers wrote the lyrics, Hammer(((STEIN))) the music.

Hammerstein was the lyricist. Both were jews.

When I looked up the lyrics, Rodgers was the noted lyricist. But both were jews, so fuck them.
