You'll need shielding gas. That's the IG of TIG.
I mainly use arc (stick) welding because that's what I've got and what I learned on as a kid on the farm.

Not sure what the process is where you are. But generally you get them from a welding split shop or gas supplier. You basically rent the cylinder. You might need to pay a deposit for the cylinder, after that you exchange empty for full and only pay for the gas.
