I'm trying to get most of my protein from food sources but I'm also trying to ditch some fat before I attempt a lean bulk so I'm running a calorie deficit. I already eating chicken breast once if not twice a day. 140 calories for 25g of protein is an easy call some days.
As far as why plant based protein, it seems like a less than ideal option when you look at serving size vs protein content. But who knows maybe the guy is lactose intolerant or has a dairy allergy. I'm not here to pass judgement.
fat does not make you fat, biggest lie ever. Fat is a great fuel and a great anti-inflamatory that cleans your arteries and get some real butter from grass fed cows, healthiest circulatory system when eating that butter that cleans the healthy "posionous healthy choices spreads that are dr recommended". I swear a high fat like 20% is good for you. Use salt, it's a purifier and needed for strength since when my sodium is low I am tired all the time but some fries super salty and I'm a machine the next day.
The diet advice even to body builders is all a lie and is meant to keep weak customers since eating like a 100 years ago is what gave Stonewall Jackson his great strength and fortitude. Our forefathers were strong drinking non pastushit milk, real cheese, real bread not this poison, and they didn't load up on hardly any carbs just meat and vegitables and fruit in season. Just eat like a pioneer would eat.
I think you miss understood. I need to get rid of fat from my body not my diet. And when I say lean bulk I really just mean a controlled bulk. Not an eat whatever the fuck I want like a pig kind of bulk.
But yeah I agree with pretty much everything you said.
