Yeah... Its called weather.

From the post:

>Americans are facing the snowiest winter in five years as experts say a frigid December will lay the foundation for a cold couple of months. Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) meteorologist and climate scientist Judah Cohen spoke to the Daily Mail about his predictions for the 2025-2026 winter season based on his comprehensive AI weather models. And it looks like December will give Americans a brutal introduction into the winter ahead. A polar vortex has already taken the country by storm bringing on freezing temperatures and wintery conditions. But unlike other or large, low-pressure cold air systems that come down all at once, this Christmas-time special will come down in three stages.

Strange, Farmers Almanac said it was gonna be a warm wet winter. I am gonna go with that.

Farmer's Almanac has been my go-to for gardening and long range planning for years. Not 100% for weather per se, but the trends it predicts are usually spot on.

I treat “warm wet winter” as a trend not a forecast. I have noticed the air is ‘brisk’ the last few days. But I still ain’t expecting lots of snow this year.

According to the thermometer just outside my back window, it's 47 here in Ohio. That's quite warm for December. That's probably influenced a little from heat from the window, but a nearby probe is reading 43. Not sue where that 30F temp is...

It was supposed to snow both weekend days here. Again, no idea where that is, it was overcast yesterday and sunny today.
