Hydrate, take breaks in the shade/AC and keep an eye on your fellow workers. We had to call the rescue squad for one of the guys earlier, probable heat stroke. Dude passed out and almost rolled off the roof. Paramedics covered him in those "inst-cold" paks for ride to hospital.

Will update on the guy when I find out.

Edit; The guy will be ok but he has decided that roofing is not for him.

We saw a guy croak from heatstroke during boot camp, even though they put him in a bathtub of ice water. Did take the corpsmen about 30 mins to get to him, was on IST day and none of the new recruits wanted to make waves.
