Hydrate, take breaks in the shade/AC and keep an eye on your fellow workers. We had to call the rescue squad for one of the guys earlier, probable heat stroke. Dude passed out and almost rolled off the roof. Paramedics covered him in those "inst-cold" paks for ride to hospital.

Will update on the guy when I find out.

Edit; The guy will be ok but he has decided that roofing is not for him.

Hydrate, cool off, and recover electrolytes. Be proactive, being well hydrated before laboring in the heat makes a world of difference.

100%. I drink coffee in the am, which is a diuretic. Have to guzzle the h2o to counteract.
