Tell me?? All you have done so far is make a fool of yourself. I have degrees in physics and electrical engineering. I know that the amount of energy needed to alter a weather system is staggering and outside our current ability to generate and control. I also have a lot of experience with lasers and the physics behind them. I don't have to be a meteorologist to know that weather control as has been described by others is not feasible. What areas of expertise do you have to disparage my knowledge and experience?
