I dont know, seems like it would just be a rocket, how does a jet launch a bomb to explode up high? And why? I pretty much believe anyone who has the capability can do it successfully.

F-35s don't fly high enough for a high altitude nuke to cause an EMP. They also don't have enough payload capacity for the nuke to have enough propellant to get itself to a high enough altitude. All of this sounds like LARP fan fiction. Not buying it.
