2030? I don't think so. Silicone devices aren't reliable enough. Powering the devices won't work well with current technology. Then there's the problem with keeping the protocols up to date. I understand the wet dream is to implement trans humanism but we can't even keep planes in the air yet. We can't keep batteries from spontaneously catching on fire. We can't formulate pharmaceutical compounds that work without injuring people. Trans humanism is just a wet dream.
