Next time I go to a Hungarian restaurant I will ask them if they are eco-responsible. Will probably get a ladle over the head.

You have to ask yourself, why on earth a chef wants to prepare something people don't want.

Already, there is a restaurant that decided to bring meat back simply because customers wanted it. (today.com) Imagine that!
