It's well known that cheaply managed local trailer parks are being bought up by corps, prices greatly increased. Maybe they're trying to convince desperate gullible people that "this is good". In reality "this is good" is a very bad path. A trailer home is significantly cheaper than a tiny home, and offers a faster path to traditional living than a 80-100K tiny home on the same property. Maybe the popular media/politicians don't want to admit that they've created a world where their children have to rely on trailer homes.
