You can upload a youtube video like normal but manually replace "youtu.be" in the url to "tube.poal.co" before hitting submit and you'll be good to go.

You mean link not upload right? Not actually uploading a file, you go to submit a video for a post, change the address, and it will appear on tube.poal?
