Enough of this gets posted (mostly by me) I might just make a rossmann channel so you can all block me if you don't like it. Comment if you would like that so you can block it or if you would sub it. Otherwise ill just keep posting to whatever channel I think makes sense.

Check out the CAT (Consumer Action Taskforce) posted in /s/business.

I can't understand how HP is still in business. Their entire business model is centered around screwing over their customers for over a decade at least.

Let them die already.

I also don't think Rossmann needs his own sub exactly. Majority (or all) of his content is about exposing companies for giving customers the shaft, maybe make a general sub for that topic if you care enough. Rossmann is an honest dude though, one of the most respectable 'youtubers'.

Fair enough. That makes sense. You are right though. I think the only thing keeping HP in business is their enterprise division and some of the scam's they run on the older generation with printers/ink/etc.

Almost every brand seems to do this. They build up a good reputation, then mistreat their customers until their brand is trashed.

Wait!! HP sincerely wants to improve customer service but in order to do so must make it worse first. Later, they can claim they improved it. Don't you understand?

At least half of tech support calls are pointless anyway. I say it's a good idea to make people really want to get through.
