Most of these ass hats are not even mentally ill. They are spoiled delusional little brats. They need public ridicule and harsh treatment when they flip out in polite society. This would certainly bring a stop to this all to common behavior..

Agreed. For all the wrongdoing it did, some bullying and ridicule hardened people out too. Kept society somewhat polite, because if you acted this way, people would speak up and actually shame you for it.

Outright mocking them works wonders to stop their behaviour. So does a punch to the face. I've used both to great effect.
