Pretty good stuff. Interesting that this is relevant, to today. The healthy diet requirements have changed a bit with more modern information but it did not change too much. That lady/instructor would do better to remove the shoulder pads from her very nice dress - it would have a sliming effect on her already petite frame and add an air of femineity to her overall presentation. Other than that, even instructor lady is attractive. Intelligent, beautiful, and conservative women are A+ attractive.
