Good post. HR is a major contributor of the festering rot in corporate America. Instead of adults dealing with situations they have a babysitter/intermidiator and the position is almost exclusively ran by purple haired commie Tumblrets, the very same ones that created the 45 different flavors of gender identity.
They have a big role in the hiring and firing process so they hire their own mentally ill kin and fire anyone who questions the ideology. It needs to be killed off.
Women shouldn't be in management or authority roles to begin with.
They're default attitude is to resolve conflicts, instead of fixing the problems that lead to the conflicts.
I would have agreed with you a year ago.
However, I have the following example for you:
1) Kari Lake, Marjorie Taylor Greene ... maaaaybe Lauren Bobert, I think she was forced by jews to apologize so I cannot tell if that was genuine or just playing her cards properly.
2) All of the GOP men including Ron Desantis.
I know everyone loves Ron Desantis but something smells about that guy. He has made all the right moves, and I will take winds where I can get them, but all of the moves are TOOOOO RIGHT ON THE NOSE for my tastes. Somethings doesn't smell right about him. For example, the don't say gay bill doesn't really protect kids at all it just outlaws outright in your face propaganda but the teachers CAN EASILY just speak to the kids about that topic by changing a few words and not have the pedo flag in the classroom.
Look, here is the thing. Yes, I agree women have a set of preferences that are best expressed within the context of the home or certain administrative tasks and outside of that context those preferences are EXTREMELY detrimental to civilization and even them selves. I agree.
But.
Where the FUCK are our men? EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. IS. A. FUCKING. LOSER. Every one that is in any way in power is a fucking cow towing loser, too comfortable to do anything and too compromised to make any waves. It took MGT and Kari to start just fucking shouting and mkaing noise even about the bare minimum.

No one in office is legitimate. They are either selected or allowed to run. And if they don't play ball, either intentionally, or by being duped (like Trump was), then any number of things can happen to them.
A significant number know full well what is going on. You would have to be a rare combination of smart, and ignorant, in a system that requires cunning to obtain any position at all in the first place.
