The same guy who wants to reduce the Earth's population severely is a proponent of this technology, maybe the entire goal isn't climate control, but instead population control? Have you noticed a steady decline in fertility in the West since the 1970's? This is by design. I suspect that it's possible that chemtrails are one part of a multifaceted attack on Western fertility. The articles about using them to control the climate might very well be cover for a future ramping up of the program, which appears currently to be spotty and irregular. A "climate control" program of this type would be the perfect cover for such a genocide. No one would see it coming until it was too late to stop it.
