The truth being it would be extremely inefficient and ineffective to try to disperse any chemical agent in such tiny quantities and at such high altitudes, and the trails you are seeing are literally just condensation caused by the interaction of the plane's wing with the air at high altitude.
We've had contrails across our skies since the Sixties, this is different, they don't disperse the way contrails traditionally have, they can stay in the sky for over half an hour, slowly smearing until they finally dissipate. I've seen the sky over my region criss-crossed with a grid pattern of these chemtrails. So they often do not follow standard air traffic routes.

The other day I was watching the sky. I saw two military planes fly cross by. One was a large military transport/tanker and other was a jet fighter. The contrails of the jet fighter dispersed immediately. The tankers trails lingered for hours. There is no doubt in my mind they are spraying. The only question is if the spray is weather modification or population control.
How you can type this comment and not even for a second reflect on what you’re actually saying is baffling. Contrails are caused by moisture in the air being compressed by the movement of a plane’s wing through it. A fighter jet has an extremely thin wing allows it to move very quickly through the air with very little resistance at the cost of lift. A tanker’s wing is many times larger and thicker than a fighter jet’s wing and is designed to generate as much lift as possible. This means a taanker will generate a contrail that is not only larger when viewed from underneath, but is also far more thick than the one produced by a fighter jet and will take longer to disperse.
Protip if you don’t understand how something works, try to fully comprehend the “accepted” explanation before jumping down the conspiracy hole. So in this case when you’d ask yourself “what might cause different types of planes to produce differently behaving contrails” the next step would be reading about planes and aerodynamics, not “well obviously one of those planes is dispersing a chemical agent”.
This was on a hot, low-humidity day in San Diego. Those contrails should not have lasted for hours.
There is lots of air traffic in San Diego and I haven't seen large passenger 747s producing the effect. It's these military aircraft dispersing something which lingers in sky and gradually forms a very long and wide haze with an color hue that doesn't seem to suggest water vapor. Days where the RH is 10-20. It only happens every so often with no discernible relation to temperature or moisture. It's not something that I noticed more than 10+ years ago.

Have you ever considered that they're EXPERIMENTING with our lives and our health trying to develop this weather controlling technology? The same guy who wants to reduce the Earth's population severely is a proponent of this technology, maybe the entire goal isn't climate control, but instead population control? Have you noticed a steady decline in fertility in the West since the 1970's? This is by design.
I suspect that it's possible that chemtrails are one part of a multifaceted attack on Western fertility. The articles about using them to control the climate might very well be cover for a future ramping up of the program, which appears currently to be spotty and irregular. A "climate control" program of this type would be the perfect cover for such a genocide. No one would see it coming until it was too late to stop it.
