This kid on a broader stage (((Imagine))), would have changed the world in a week.

11 months since his last post. They killed him. Just watch it and realize how skilled he was at 12.

Sad? Yes of course. But imagine what will be born when they kill something this close to God at such an early age. Karma is real, and (((they))) are making their own downfall. Beautiful.

Art has de-evolved in the past couple of thousand years to be whatever the fuck passes for Art these days.

Art has always been subjective. There is no art that has ever been or will be created that everyone will agree is "great". Given that, art, like beauty, is in the eye of the beholder. One's own personal journey through life influences what they perceive as beautiful or inspiring or deep. The kid rapped about his environment and his situation. Others who find some connection to it will equate it to raw, powerful or even profound in nature. That stems from their own internal overlap with the kid's situation and life. They will do this while simultaneously not relating to other people's music or art that does not fit their own existence. That is what makes it subjective.

Like contemporary female comedy acts, if you don't relate, you don't find it funny. I don't relate therefore I don't find his words and music profound. Tragic, probably but not profound because the events of my lifetime have given me a different gauge to measure profundity with. I didn't live his life and he did not live mine. We are different and our tastes in "art" are different. He probably would not appreciate the music I create in my time away from the practical work I do, and that's totally fine. I don't expect anyone to find my music to be good. I make it for me and only me because I want it that way.

Do you see more clearly where I am coming from in my opinion on this music? It is an opinion and opinions cannot be proven right or wrong. That's just the way it is.

Yes, this is exactly how it should be. I do understand this, and I agree. Though a semblance of empathy is needed with others journey, outside of what they themselves perceive. This is what I think will aide ones own inner growth.

Here I feel myself wondering where your life has taken you. A story would be a joy, but I am afraid it wont happen. This is my point though, a story like that, would definitely aide someone. This is just true to me, and I feel rap is a medium of those lessons.

I don't expect anyone to find my music to be good. I make it for me and only me because I want it that way.

Seems to me you just realized what Art is really about. Sounds good man. Fill Your Soul With God.
