I'm torn on Ted. On one hand what was sending bombs in the mail going to accomplish. On the other hand his goal was to get his manifesto out there and the bombs were a successful method in doing so.

Internet wasn't mainstream yet when Ted did his work. I imagine if he waited a couple decades and browsed /pol/ then he could've picked better targets than random computer salesmen and college professors.
