I actually think at about 2:15 that was some animal that hit it. At about 2:00 that's hay or hay bales flying past.

Haha the air pressure changes must have been insane... They actually had an IMax camera mounted in a top turret tjing which was ripped off during this video. That might be the thing that flew past the windshield at about 2:15. I'm not sure.
