When he replaces glitter with something fatal instead of just a prank it might put a stop to porch pirates. Just have to make sure there is no evidence to the origin of the package so the cops just find dead pirates blocks away.

I was thinking of something involving more glass blades. That snap out pneumatically eight directions, and almost guarantee the loss of at least one hand.

Now that we have plenty of random Afghan refugees we should be able to find some of them that have experience building things that can be remotely detonated.
