The FAA is the AMERICAN GOVERNING BODY of flights within US airspace. GOVERNING BODY. That means they have the same control over airspace that the GOVERNMENT has over anything else.

The FAA is an executive agency and is bound by the laws passed by congress and subject to constitutional restraint and under no circumstance can they murder people with no due process for violating a fucking RULE.
