We were discussing a person's ability to fly without a mask, the airline companies obligation to enforce a mask mandate, and whether you can break FAA rules without being shot down.
You've moved the goalposts to a completely different ballpark.
Totally fucking wrong. This entire thread started because you (or someone) said that an airline could operate with no mask policy and become wildly successful.
In order to do that, it’s naturally understood that the airline would have to operate nationally without the consent of the FAA.
There is no movement of the goal posts, it’s just that you’re now realizing that what your argument started with is completely fucking impossible.
An airline carrier could absolutely operate without a mask mandate just as easily as an employer can operate a business with more than 100 employees without the jab mandate.
The FAA mask mandate is every bit as worthless as the OSHA jab mandate. Issued without authority and can be ignored at will.
The airlines are in no more danger of being fined, prosecuted, or shot down as any major employer not mandating the jab.
Also,
Conveyance operators traveling into or within the United States may transport only persons wearing masks and must use best efforts to ensure that masks are worn when embarking, disembarking, and throughout the duration of travel.

Eat shit, clown.
About as legit and enforceable as this one, also at the federal register.
