Jesus. Have you ever flown on a plane? They literally tell you before every single flight… “FAA regulations prohibit…”
And for masks:
https://www.faa.gov/newsroom/faa-statement-wearing-masks-airports-and-planes?newsId=26101
remind the traveling public that at this time if you travel, you are still required to wear a mask on planes, buses, trains, and other forms of public transportation traveling into, within, or out of the United States, and in U.S. transportation hubs such as airports and stations.
There doesn’t need to be a “law” in place. The FAA is the governing body of American airline travel. Any major airline publicly going against FAA regulations would be shut down immediately. Or shot down, if they kept going.
Show me one single domestic air carrier that's had a plane shot down for not following an FAA directive.
You're fucking psychotic with that notion.
Show me one single domestic air carrier that's had a plane shot down for not following an FAA directive.
Show me one domestic air carrier that has flown against FAA directives and that’d be the one. Just because it’s never happened doesn’t mean it wouldn’t happen if/when it happened.
The only thing the FAA can do is fine an airline for non compliance for violations of legislation. Arbitrary rule making doesn't apply any more than the faggy shit OSHA is trying to pull off.
The FAA doesn't run shit without clear and concise law.
