Again, OSHA has a jab mandate, but the companies are refusing to comply with the mandate because the employees are refusing to get jabbed and the companies can't handle the loss of employees. So the companies sued the government and are winning because OSHA, which is an agency of the federal government doesn't have the authority to mandate b the jab. Similarly, the TSA has a mask mandate. If the passengers refused to comply, the airlines would be forced to refuse to comply and sue the federal government. They would win for the exact same reason companies are beating OSHA. TSA does not have the authority to impose a mask mandate. The only reason there is mask mandate on airplanes is because fuck headed passengers comply and when one refuses to comply, those same fuck headed passengers go after the single passenger who is refusing instead of standing up for their rights.
