The prosecution KNEW for MONTHS who jumpkick man was, declined to bring him in for questioning and withheld his identity from the defense. This is extremely bad for the prosecution.

We're 76 minutes after the scheduled trial time of 9am central time. To me this bodes well for Kyle. This would appear to me that with all the news coming out and being found of blatant prosecutorial misconduct that the judge is in a type of 'side-bar' situation in ruling on some type of mistrial. ^ Apparently the jury deliberation is happening and the Judge is doing different hearings right now while he waits for this verdict.

They are now going over whether or not to follow Supreme Court rulings on how often and much the jury can view evidence. The ruling says one complete playback with one replay that has one pause.

The state is being DESTROYED over fraudulently sharing evidence etc. with respect to the video.

The judge just hemmed and hawed over things while saying they're going to need another trial over it with the attorneys under oath and questioned on the stand. Then it all just went away. This whole trial is a show.

Seems to me that there should only be one charge tried at a time. I'm sure there is already a term for it, but statistically speaking if you charge someone with 10-20 things at once, you are almost guaranteed to have one land.

The bald defense lawyer just moved for a trial without prejudice, which is total bullshit. Their position is strong enough to move a mistrial with prejudice. This allows for the state to refile the case against Kyle. I can't think of any reason to do this unless they think they're losing, are bought out, or are truly worried a mistrial with prejudice will lead to riots. The judge luckily said no.

I don't get how this streamed zoom call can get so much money in donations. They just kinda sit there talking or sometimes drinking various fluids and silent.
