As an actual celiac, this amuses me greatly. I fucking HATE people like this. When I was first diagnosed about 10 years ago there was very little gluten free food available on the shelves in the supermarket, and I lived in a very yuppie area... Every time I went there and the shelves were empty I died a little more inside.

Same, just that I have a non-celiac gluten sensitivity. I always joke about going gluten free before it was cool and every time I do I die a little inside because it makes me feel just a little too unironically hipster.
