I'm gonna go out on a limb and suggest that everyone had to be vaccinated as a condition of entry, and the heat, stress, excitement of the concert magnified by the panic of the crowd surge/ crush caused strokes and heart attacks from the massively elevated heart rates of the (mostly younger aged ) people in attendance.
