Thanks for actually reading it. There's no fault in being wrong. I had the same views on this topic not that long ago until someone else righted me. It's a very weird distinction because so much **IS** bad in a low-trust, unfunctional, diverse society. Where those same thing, welfare, citizen programs, social systems etc. Function and are perfectly fine in a high-trust, racially-homogeneous society.
