I mean idk, I’m just basing it on the fact that they couldn’t speak English. Had no insurance. Isn’t that great. Riding around without insurance, probably texting and driving or something. Rear ending people. Isn’t that awesome? Can afford a phone, a car, can’t afford insurance though. Not that they would buy it. Why would you, you already broke the law the law is a joke to them. That kind of thing puzzles me, too, illegal or no. Supposedly the highway patrol comes to your house to collect your tag if your insurance expires, but 30 years ago car insurance nearly doubled to pay for the uninsured.
I've been rear ended twice by illegal spics, and the potential third one missed because he was drunk and ended up going into a field. Aren't you glad you're also forced to pay for their spawn to ruin our schools?
