I understand that sentiment, but think.. why do you work for someone who is less intelligent than you?
Could you have your boss' job? Is his job not worth the added stress? Is it possible that he has strengths which make him more suited for the role which are not exactly reflected by intelligence?
Just some thoughts.. I personally am cautious to think of myself as more intelligent/superior than people around me. However there are plenty of examples of truly retarded and simple minded fools in the world.
If our ability to see passed the bread and circuses makes us generally more intelligent, why can't we assert our superiority and assume control to change this fresh hell into something more serene?
