Contrary to what fictions says, most people who look good on the outside tend to be good people on the inside when you get to know them, and most people who look bad on the outside tend to be just as bad on the inside, if not worse.

You can't always judge a book's contents correctly just from the cover, yes, but the cover has very important information in it regarding the contents of the book that should not be ignored, it often gives you a very accurate picture of what to expect when you open it up.

Here's something important, think of the dating market as a series of trials, your initial assessment to your final one.

If you don't do well at the first glance trial that determines if someone is interested In looking further, don't think its not fair just because you thought you'd do better at the next round, you were eliminated from the pool of available candidates, and you gotta accept that.

Instead of focusing on how well you'd do on the other tests if you were given a chance to get to them, focus on getting better at passing that first round of assessments.

If you simply can't pass it with anyone, then maybe that's nature telling you that you are best left as the end of your particular genetic line. The only way to win is by cheating the process somehow.

It's like a job interview, your face is your resume, it's the first thing they will see of you, and if they don't like it, then into the trash it goes.
