The problem is that only white males (and to an extent, the white-r Asians) seem to have evolved in a part of the world that selected for long-term planning and foresight. The rest are genetic lineages which never had to plan for winter, or deal in highly refined abstract concepts to make their long-term planning/projects work correctly. Basically, it's why democracy was a sham from the beginning. A white man is capable of *literally experiencing* (internally, in his mind) the long-term-effects of his current decisions, in the now, almost as if his future is coming to pass in real-time, and adjust accordingly. Lesser strains of human are simply incapable of doing that, and suffer accordingly.
