Organize/join your neighborhood watch with armed and unarmed patrol plans. Make sure you have either a body cam or car dash cam, that last one is why George Zimmerman's situation is utterly screwed. Encourage people to invest into home surveillance. WROL tends to be immediately followed and/or preceded by martial law and it's vastly easier to explain to the military and police why you've got a few guys handcuffed waiting to be taken into their custody than dead bodies strewn about shot in the back.
