This is the unfortunate truth. Places like this get paid according to how many drugs they use, and what kinds. Bring back the straight jackets and padded cells i say! If nothing else, they're ruining an iconic image of the American downcast. People enjoy seeing those less than themselves degraded and abused. It makes them feel better about their own lives. Puts things into perspective. Drugs just don't cut it.
