He didn't say he enjoyed the idea of what he was talking about, I take it more as a cautionary warning, at the end of the video he clearly states that "we" can no longer pretend those techs and scientific methods to control human behavior don't exist
To me he doesn't seem to enjoy the whole idea he's exposing, he's calling for reforms, and that call is legitimate, it's true that congress men are mostly tech dumb and are therefore mostly unfit to argue back and forth against a tech guy like zuckerberg when they accuse him of this and that and he replies "no we don't do that". Yeah... How can you prove him wrong when you don't even begin to grasp the inner workings of his shit. It's like me trying to argue semantics in arab with an actual arab while I can't read or understand arab in the first place.
