Nature is one big hacking machine. There's no way to control things forever. If you think you have control over other people, you don't, and they'll eventually evolve and kill your ass. If you want to rule the world, you'll forever be looking over your shoulder in fear of the next guy stabling you in the back or silting your throat. You're far better off letting nature take its course, not seeking to control everything and to avoid being controlled.
