Apparently the black Mayor (in the middle) had called that woman a "house nigger" previously, and this guy was trying to get the Mayor in shit by drawing attention to the language he'd used. Seems like a boomer miscalculation... He didn't appreciate that as a White man only he would take heat for saying "nigger", regardless of any imaginable contextual justification.
