Just finished off a batch of meat-sauce for tacos and burritos. Gonna go get some more ground beef tomorrow. And yes, a White guy making tacos without farming the work out to some spitting spic!

My family got annoyed with me because I like some of the beef taco seasoning packs and was using them vs simply browning beef with onion, garlic, & salt.
I have an Emeril brand pressure cooker that can handle frozen chicken breasts. It's amazing, they're fully cooked in under an hour. So let's just say I'm about to make some chicken enchiladas.
