My family got annoyed with me because I like some of the beef taco seasoning packs and was using them vs simply browning beef with onion, garlic, & salt. I have an Emeril brand pressure cooker that can handle frozen chicken breasts. It's amazing, they're fully cooked in under an hour. So let's just say I'm about to make some chicken enchiladas.
