This is one of the lesser known jewish scams.
They award each other prizes all the time, this is part of why the high IQ myth is widely accepted, they've been awarding themselves nobel prizes for decades. It's kind of brilliant. They legitimize their bullshit and many of the prizes have quite a bit of money attached from corporate sponsors. Art, poetry, movies and music, all those awards are kike scams.
I'd say that in art, poetry, movies and music it's not just the awards system that's a kike scam, but those things in general. Absolute garbage is rewarded while something beautiful is shunned or at best maybe only a couple of people know about it.

The reason that nigger noise (and any variants of nigger noise) get so many views is because they're rampant attention whores and they're funded by jews to be even more so. I'm sure that Inessa in the first video wouldn't be parading around like a whore to peddle her music.
