First it's a mandate , not a law. Which is only imposable with a ticket and a fine. Not something you should be arrested / detained for. Second, the store cannot claim "private property" and requiring store policy in the same way they can't force their customers to purchase specific items or set a price minimum for being in the store. (or if that example isn't understood..then they can't say "only whites") This is a direct violation of the stores responsibility to serve everyone who comes in. This lady AND EVERYONE ELSE who have been denied this should collaborate and file a class action law suit against the stores (which is why Wal Mart has stopped the stupidity of their demands...they'd stand to lose hundreds of millions (if not billions) in such a case. Lastly, she was being detained against her will without violating any law, She was not given her miranda rights, and was not being told what she was being arrested for. This seems ripe for the entire "police state" department to be sued, and then the individual officers being sued as well. It sucks that "police departments" have been reduced now to diversity hiring obese, ignorant , niggers...but we make them pay for doing so.
